About the role
Support helpers answer player questions in support channels and tickets, follow troubleshooting guides and hand off anything technical or sensitive to staff.
What you will do
Answer questions using the support guides. Collect clear details before escalating. Never ask players for passwords or payment details.
What we look for
Patient, precise writing. Comfortable with basic PC troubleshooting.
Time
A few hours a week
You must be at least 16 to apply. We only ask you to confirm it.
