Account security update

Changing your password now signs you out everywhere else, and we closed several ways an account could be misused.

When you change your password, every other device signed in to your account is signed out. The device you changed it on stays signed in.

A sign-in that keeps failing now looks the same whether or not the username exists, so nobody can use the sign-in page to find out which usernames are real.

A suspended or banned account can no longer be used to sign in to the community site.

Staff tools got stricter too: more staff actions need a fresh sign-in, and staff cannot act on their own account or on someone above them.

Nothing changes for you unless you were already signed in on another device. If you were, sign in again there.
